Sustainability Calculator is a free environmental impact tool NAFEM developed
in partnership with ASTM. The tool defines a standard method to measure and
report the environmental impact of foodservice equipment. The tool identifies
specific environmental factors, awards points to the corresponding factors and
calculates a total score. It helps clarify environmental impact factors that allow
product comparisons and provides data that may be used to prepare LEED
submittals.
